Nu-Line Partners was awarded the general contracting contract for a new 27,000 SF warehouse and office facility for Amoretti Inc. located in Oxnard California. The scope of work for this project consisted of a new 27,000 SF building manufacturing facility, including a 2,500 square foot office area. The single-story building was constructed using concrete tilt-up wall panels and wood glulam framing at the warehouse portion and metal studs walls, steel frame, and curtain wall system and glazing at the office area. Other items of work included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, compressed air lines, and hook- ups for the owner-provided and installed equipment. Site work included grading, pavement, site lighting, landscaping, personal vehicle parking, storm water basins, and utilities connections.
