Frank Tomasello started Tasco Construction in 1984, focusing on large-scale ground-up construction projects, contributing significantly to Ventura County's growth from 1990 to 2011. As the market shifted in 2011, Frank transitioned the business into Nu-Line Construction. In 2018, Frank, his wife Kellie, and their son Nick officially formed Nu-Line Partners Inc., a family-owned and operated firm.
