CAMARILLO CORPORATE PLAZA

Nu-Line Partners was awarded the general contracting contract for a 100,000 SF commercial office building park development located in Camarillo California. The scope of work for this project consisted of two new 50,000 SF office buildings, including full site development of all parking, hardscape, landscape and site amenities. The two-story buildings were constructed using conventional wood framed construction and lathe and plaster finish. The interiors were composed of metal studs walls, steel frame, and storefront systems and glazing. The Spanish style design compliments California’s adopted architecture. Other items of work included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, lighting, carpeting and custom built cabinetry. Site work included grading, pavement, site lighting, landscaping, personal vehicle parking, storm water basins, and utilities connections.
