FLYNN ROAD BUSINESS PARK - CAMARILLO

Nu-Line Partners was awarded the general contracting contract for a 500,000 SF commercial office building development located in Camarillo California. The scope of work for this project consisted of 7 new 15,000 SF tilt-up buildings, including full site development of all parking, hardscape, landscape and site amenities. The one-story buildings were constructed using the concrete tilt-up method, and cast onsite. This development is one of Nu-Line’s largest building projects, with a project total of 11 million dollars. is one of the most unique builds in Ventura County. The design of center includes an impressive storefront assembly, with curtain wall glass. The interiors were composed of metal studs walls, steel frame, and storefront systems and glazing. The modern brutalist style design is a unique addition to the architecture of the area. Other items of work included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, lighting, carpeting and custom built cabinetry. Site work included grading, pavement, site lighting, landscaping, personal vehicle parking, storm water basins, and utilities connections.
