MAIN STREET OB/GYN

Nu-Line Partners Inc. successfully completed the Main Street OBGYN project in Ventura, California, which was a major redevelopment of two existing buildings located in Ventura's Medical District and Midtown Corridor. The project scope included extensive exterior work, including new steel trellis, storefront, paint and trim to the building, landscape, and concrete work. The interior of the buildings was fully transformed with new electrical and lighting, HVAC systems, plumbing, and the build-out of the medical office.

The design of the space was carefully planned and executed to create a light and airy atmosphere with a modern and feminine feel. The light and neutral color palette with pops of pink and blue created a welcoming and comfortable environment for the medical office. The custom cabinetry with Corian countertops and the attention to detail throughout the space showcased the quality of work provided by Nu-Line Partners Inc.

The Main Street OBGYN project was a challenging undertaking due to the extensive scope of work involved. However, Nu-Line Partners Inc. successfully completed the project while ensuring the highest level of quality and client satisfaction.

The owner and her team are a new and welcomed addition to the medical community of Ventura. The completed project has not only created a beautiful and functional space but has also contributed to the revitalization of the Medical District and Midtown Corridor.
