2020 VICTORIA. NEGLEY LAW

The prestige of Negley Law in Ventura adjured an executive design that is both bold and timeless. A leader in family law, the firm retained Nu-Line Partners to perform the construction and interior design of the space at 2020 Victoria in Ventura. Our work included interior and exterior remodeling, paint selections and custom designs and installation, a full gut of the interior space and rebuild of 6+ offices, an executive conference room, a break room, remodeled restrooms and a prestigious lobby. The highlights of the interiors include floor to ceiling walnut paneling, a custom built conference room table made of stone, floor to ceiling frameless glass walls surrounding the conference room, and a stunning stone waterfall edge reception desk. The owner of the firm filled the custom built walnut book shelves with vintage law books that he had collected, and they create a profound statement to the history of American law. The space truly represents the firms commitment to law and the professionalism they provide to their clients. This project is NLP’s top 5 projects of 2021 and we are thrilled with how it turned out!
