POWELL PERALTA - SKATE ONE
The legendary skate board brand and creators of the some of the best wheels and boards in the world contacted NLP to fast track their design + build of their new 70,000 SF space in Ventura, California. Skate One houses an amazing manufacturing assembly, with a full wood shop, 40ft high dust collection system, and an impressive layout of water, gas, and air needs for their process. Nu-Line was involved from the start and lead the project through planning, design and construction with the help of Skate One’s inhouse team. The project required a fast track and streamlined approach to fulfill the clients occupancy needs. Nu-Lines project management and successful implementation of the right subcontractor team made the project a great success.
