THE YARD 

Nu-Line Partners had the privilege of working with David Jeremy LLC to develop and build a unique dining and shopping experience in the heart of downtown Ventura, known as The Yard. The project was completed from concept to completion, and it features the use of three shipping containers that have been expertly transformed into vibrant and stylish commercial spaces.

The design of The Yard is a perfect blend of industrial and modern elements, with features such as board form concrete and matt black steel that create a sleek and contemporary look. The use of drought-tolerant landscaping with lots of greens, yellows, and reds adds a natural touch to the space. The natural gravel ground covering allows for percolation, reducing water runoff.

The tenants of The Yard include Humbermaker Coffee, Iron and Resin, and Stout Burgers and Beer. These businesses each have their own unique space within the project, but they all share a common theme of high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. The completed project is a vibrant and welcoming destination that has quickly become a popular spot for locals and visitors alike.
