TOPA RESTAURANT AT SPANISH HILLS COUNTRY CLUB, CAMARILLO

Nu-Line Partners was fortunate to work alongside Camaraderie Club Management, LLC and undertook the 10,500 square foot development and renovation project at Spanish Hills in Camarillo, focusing on both interior and exterior enhancements. The project aimed to create a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, incorporating elements of Spanish influence while achieving a modern aesthetic.

Including an inviting indoor/outdoor bar, custom wine storage, natural modern look, and a custom heated trellis. The Spanish Hills project reflects a harmonious blend of Spanish-inspired design and contemporary sophistication. Through thoughtful design choices, innovative features, and a meticulous attention to detail, the project has transformed Spanish Hills into a premier destination that celebrates the natural beauty of the scenic vistas of Ventura County.
