TRADE DESK HEADQUARTERS - VENTURA

Founded and headquartered in Ventura, California, The Trade Desk is the largest independent demand side platform providing real-time ad pricing and placement for advertisers at agencies and brands. TTD had small beginnings in Ventura and started out of a tech incubator at Ventura Ventures Technology center. They soon grew to an enormous scale and required much more space and modern office accommodations. Nu-Line was awarded the opportunity to work with this amazing tech company and build out their 12,000 SF headquarters in Ventura. The space features existing brick walls (built pre-1920), a historic bow truss system, and the modern finishes required for a leading technology company. The Trade Desk’s office is one of NLP’s prize jewels for modern commercial office.
